Susie McKay Krieser
Susie McKay Krieser is an artist based in Los Angeles whose practice consists of figurative and abstract work, including drawing, painting, sculpture and furniture design. Her formative years were spent in Mexico and California, which influences the bright colors and sense of light in her work. While acquiring her Bachelor of Arts degree, she focused on graphic design and photography, spurring on a love of line, shape, the vibrations of color, simultaneously distilling her work while still telling a story.
She has exhibited her work internationally and nationally including exhibitions at Red Dot Miami; the MAGMA Museum of Graphic Art in Sardinia, the Artists for the Jubilee of Pope Frances, Rome; The Royal Opera Arcade Gallery, London; the Second International Art Biennale of Palermo, Italy; Carrousel du Louvre Museum Art Shopping, Paris; the Eiffel Tower, Paris; Museum of Young Art, Vienna; Knights of Malta Artistic Award, Valletta; Art Monaco International Contemporary Art Show, Monaco; and the Palm Springs Fine Art Fair. Her permanent public art installations are at the American Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal, and at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica.
