Ángela Jiménez Durán (1996, Madrid) is an artist based in Paris whose practice includes installation, sculpture and writing. Her research blends science fiction, geology and biology, exploring uncertain futures. Through a material approach, working with clay, water, sand or metal, she views her exhibitions as spaces inhabited by presences – sometimes absences – almost ghosts.

In 2023, she was awarded the Art Éco-Conception Prize by Art of Change 21 x Palais de Tokyo. In 2021, she was selected for Passerelles, a program run by the Contemporaines association in Paris.
